Product return

Rules for the exchange and return of goods in the company Kluchuk.ua

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase.
This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

Products are accepted if:
 

• there is an invoice for the purchase of goods;
• the original packaging, protective film on the product is preserved;
• the presentation of the goods and its components is preserved: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions if the packages have not been opened;
• the product has no traces of use;

When returning goods, you must have proof of payment with you. We will refund the money within 5 days.
